WEBJun 23, 2024 · Found a solution - go to battlenet account -> connections and confirm xbox account connection, it helped me immediately. I bought it on Xbox and play it on gamepass on my PC. I had this same issue a few days ago. I had to update the Xbox app and restarted everything then the play button worked again.
