company provides helmet and life vest. everything else is up to you. I expend 2 those cheap Walmart water shoes that are like plastic socks so you can easily "lock" your foot in the raft. …

I expend 2 those cheap Walmart water shoes that are like plastic socks so you can easily "lock" your foot in the raft. bring a change of clothes, they have small changing rooms for after the trip. bring water to drink. wear sunscreen.
