I would say that you may need 45 minutes to walk around the entire area allowing time to enjoy the waterfalls and scenery. The kids, depending on how old, will want to stop and get a closer look. If you stop at the info center there are things for kids to do. That will take additional time depending on if you want to color, paint, read, etc.
