The attorney general of Missouri has filed a lawsuit against Starbucks alleging that the company prefers to white woman and people of color over white men and favors these groups.

Missouri sued Starbucks this week, alleging the chain’s push to hire and promote more people of color and women violated anti-discrimination laws and slowed down coffee orders.
