The Cincinnati Bengals dominated their way to a 41-21 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday and now have a chance to make a run during the second half. Before that arrives, though, the NFL trade deadline will be here Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. ET, and the Bengals are expected to be surprising buyers.
