VANCOUVER, Wash. – Election offices are beefing up security in preparation for the Nov. 5 election. Safety concerns have arisen since a ballot box in Vancouver, WA was set on fire a week ago, damaging 488 ballots. This incident prompted the Vancouver elections office to re-mail nearly 150 ballots.
