President-elect threatens to hit Denmark with high tariffs if officials there don’t cooperate with his bid for Greenland.

The president-elect said he would not rule out the use of military force to seize control of the Panama Canal and Greenland.

President-elect Trump told reporters he could not assure them that he would not use military or economic coercion to regain control of the Panama Canal. Trump also criticized former President Carter for negotiating a treaty to give Panama control of the canal.
