The sister of missing Hawaii woman Hannah Kobayashi is demanding police release surveillance footage that shows Kobayashi voluntarily walking across the U.S.-Mexico border last month after getting off a plane in Los Angeles.

According to Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell, Kobayashi is believed to have arrived at the San Ysidro border crossing on November 12, where she crossed into Mexico.

The LAPD classified Hannah Kobayashi as a voluntary missing person Monday after reviewing video showing her entering Mexico on foot.
