WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff admits that he doesn't keep up with "WWE NXT" all that closely, despite appearing on the show on Tuesday.

Eric Bischoff and Sean “X-Pac” Waltman have both been announced for tonight’s NXT episode. While not much is known about X-Pac’s appearance, it’s been confirmed that Bischoff will be meeting with NXT Champion Trick Williams and Ridge Holland ahead of their title match this Saturday.

WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff appeared on WWE NXT, and the situation quickly broke down into chaos. After appearing in a video on the November 26 episode of WWE NXT, Bischoff came to the ring on 2.

Bischoff said that he's always been on the cutting edge of wrestling, noting that he created WCW Nitro to go head-to-head with WWE Raw and created the NWO, both of which revolutionized the industry. Bischoff said the revolution is happening in NXT and everyone in the building gets to experience it.

Eric Bischoff made his name creating a WCW product that was by design as different as possible from what WWE was producing in the mid-to-late ’90s. Led by the nWo, it produced a period of unprecedented success for the company as WCW beat WWE for 83 straight weeks in the ratings and forced WWE to usher in its Attitude Era during a game-changing time in the business.

Eric Bischoff made an appearance via video screen on the November 26th episode of WWE NXT. He noted that he will be live and in person on the December 3rd episode of NXT to be face-to-face with Ridge Holland and Trick Williams ahead of their NXT Deadline match.
