Fans at the amp were excited for Post Malone. What they liked and didn't like about the Amp this year, and what they hope will change for next year.

Life-long Syracuse resident Fred Mangine ran into Post Malone as he was walking into the restaurant. He said that the singer could not have been friendlier or more accommodating to the small crowd that excitedly gathered to greet him. Mangine said Post Malone gave autographs and selfies to everyone he could before even going inside.

Post Malone, who just won an MTV VMA for his “Fortnight” duet with Taylor Swift, has four stops scheduled in the Empire State over the next few weeks as part of his his nationwide ‘F-1 Trillion Tour.’ First, he’ll head upstate for a one-off at Syracuse’s Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater on Saturday, Sept. 14.

Before singer/rapper Post Malone headed to his concert at the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview, he went to Dinosaur BBQ to meet fans.
