A man is accused of shooting at the manager of a car wash during an armed robbery before stealing a car from a nearby restaurant Tuesday in Spartanburg.

On Jan.21 officers from the Spartanburg Police Department responded to Shine on Twenty Express Car Wash about an armed robbery. They said the suspect tried to break into a safe at the business.
