Final unofficial Springfield election results show voters support the city's newly revamped 3/4-cent sales tax that is split both in uses and sunsets.

The biggest issue facing Bay County voters was the decision to renew the half-cent sales surtax to pay for local infrastructure projects. The tax does not expire until 2026, but supporters wanted to get it on the ballot now.
