Attitudes on abortion were not as one-sided as it may have seemed in the 2024 election, according to exit poll analyses.
In 2020, 64% of LGBT voters supported Joe Biden, while 27% supported Trump. And in 2016, 77% of LGBT voters cast their ballots for Hillary Clinton, while 14% voted for Trump, according to exit polls.

* 52% of voters in Wisconsin said their family's financial situation was worse off than it was four years ago, compared to 21% who said so in Edison Research's 2020 exit poll. 22% said they were better off than they were four years ago, compared to 39% in 2020. 26% said their financial situation was unchanged.
* 30% of voters in Pennsylvania said the economy mattered most in deciding how to vote in the presidential election. 12% said immigration, 15% abortion, 33% the state of democracy, 3% foreign policy.
