Baun on Thursday morning was one of six Eagles named to the NFC Pro Bowl team. In his first year with the Eagles, his first year as an off-ball linebacker, his first year as a full-time starter. A truly remarkable story.
According to ESPN’s Dan Graziano, Watt “is perceived as the favorite right now” to win NFL Defensive Player of the Year. Watt, who won the award in 2021, has logged 54 total tackles, 11.5 sacks, six forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and three passes defended through 14 games.
