The first of many meetings on the newly proposed Buc-ee’s in Oak Creek took place Tuesday evening in front of many residents who neighbor the project’s proposed location near the Interstate 94/Elm Road interchange.

The 74,000-square-foot Oak Creek convenience store would include 120 fueling stations. It would be at the Interstate 94/Elm Road interchange.

Founded in 1982, Lake Jackson-based Buc-ee's operates 50 stores, including 35 across Texas, as well as multiple locations in other states.
