Minnesota Timberwolves forward Julius Randle exited during the second quarter and was later ruled out for the remainder of Thursday night's game against the Utah Jazz at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City due to a groin soreness.

The bad news was that they lost Julius Randle to right groin soreness. Naz Reid has been ruled for Wednesday night's game against the Phoenix Suns at the Footprint Center in Phoenix due to illness, Minnesota Timberwolves coach Chris Finch told reporters pregame. Rob Dillingham, who was also questionable due to illness, is available. Kevin Durant (thumb), who was a gametime decision, is available for the Suns.
