Erick Escalante-Torres and Jose Noe Ramirez-Avelar, were sentenced to 27 years and 11 months and 22 years in prison, respectively, for racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering, and other crimes, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California said in a statement.
