A new study from the American Customer Satisfaction Index found Buc-ee's ranks high in the South, but behind Wawa and QuikTrip elsewhere.

But the Texas favorite didn't come on top of a national study. The study, from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, ranks Buc-ee's third in the nation when it comes to gas station convenience stores.

Buc-ee's may be a favorite of many Texans but it wasn't able to top the inaugural convenience store rankings from American Customer Satisfaction Index. Instead, Buc-ee's tied for third with Murphy USA as Wawa earned the top spot.

The study says that the stores that were higher on the list prioritized serving a "robust set of food options."
